From September through May, ASFC holds Chapter Meetings on the fourth Tuesday of each month featuring fascinating guest and member speakers and programs. We meet at SciWorks on West Hanes Mill Road. Parker Whitt, Environmental Health Specialist, NC Department of Natural Resources will discuss "West Nile Virus in NC.” An avid birder and breeder of Venezuelan rattlesnakes, the speaker will discuss the impact of West Nile Virus in NC and what we're doing to combat it.
